I've been using the same $15 hair dryer for years, I never even thought I'd purchase a hairdryer for this price and didn't think there could of a very big difference but boy am I wrong...This hairdryer blows any other hair dryers out of the water. The dryer is somewhat quiet and makes my hair silky smooth looking and soft. Differently worth the money! There is a reason professional salon use this on their clients and it's because it delivers results.

this product is A+... when it is working. it dries my hair in fraction of the time and leaves it smooth. however it will break on you asap. i bought the hair dryer and in under 6months it stopped blowing hot. i also bought the 1in flat iron the same time. the iron stopped working in one week. it would just turn off by itself. they did replace the flat iron and so far it hasnt had any repeat problems. i have returned my blow dryer for service. still waiting for my replacement.

I've been using this CHI hair dryer for about a month now and really don't like it. It does not put out as much hot air, or dry my hair as fast as my Rusk hairdryer. Sure it makes your hair look better/pretty, but it takes twice as long as what I'm used to.

This product was great while it lasted. It was quiet and dried hair quickly. It also traveled well since it is light weight. However I rated it low because it was expensive and only lasted for 1 year a product with this price tag should've lasted a bit longer!
